Abu Dhabi Art is coming up once again with over 40 galleries as well as a variety of new and expanded programmes. We review Beirut Art Fair which also featured 40 galleries from 13 different countries and Horizons Croisés – the first-ever show to take place in Morocco comprised solely of works by modern and contemporary artists from the Maghreb. In Europe, we take a look at the Nadour collection –one of Europe’s most important Middle Eastern art collections with over 250 works by around 60 artists – in addition to an exploration of the Sakip Sabanci Museum and Krinzinger gallery. Profiles include Marwan Rechmaoui, Hassan Khan, Wael Shawky and Hesam Rahmanian.
